Return Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped or production has begun.
If cancellation is accepted before dispatch, the payment will be refunded in full to the original method.
Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition received.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Do not send the item before contacting support. Return instructions must be received and followed.
Customers are only responsible for a single shipping cost, including both initial and return shipping where applicable.
No restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will email you confirming the return has been processed.
You will be informed if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within several business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not been received:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your card issuer; posting may take several days.
  • Contact your bank; processing varies by institution.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided after approval.
Returns for personal preference or customer-related reasons may require the customer to pay shipping.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will have shipping costs covered.
