FAQ – Customer Ordering & Support
Order Placement
Add items to your cart.
Proceed through standard checkout or PayPal.
Provide full name, email, and shipping address.
If a promo code is available, enter it in the Discount field.
Confirm delivery address → enter payment details → select Complete Order.
You will see confirmation on-screen and receive a confirmation email. Support: service@zyvierra.com
Incorrect or Missing Products
Contact support and include:
- Order number
- Photo under 1MB showing the issue
After confirmation, the correct items will be sent at no extra charge. Email: service@zyvierra.com
Order Confirmation
Check your email for confirmation and order number. Look in spam/junk if not received.
Modifying Orders
Changes may be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day of order. After this, modifications may not be possible. Contact: service@zyvierra.com
Cart Management
Add products: Select options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click cart icon
Change quantity: Edit Quantity
Remove item: Click Remove

Use updated Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge/IE browsers.
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Select PayPal → log in → confirm payment → return to confirmation page.
Applying Discounts
Enter promo code → click Apply → discount will appear in order summary.
Returns & Exchanges

Returning Products

Order Cancellation
